  1. Fill out the registration form below for your company. Please submit only one form. Submitting more than one form will not increase your likelihood for opportunities. If any registration information changes after your initial submittal, please send updates via email to supplierdiversity@wustl.edu.
  2. After you submit the form, email us your electronic business documents including W-9 form, ownership certification(s), and other supporting documents you wish to add.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your follow up phone call.

Reminder: While inclusion in our directory increases your visibility to the university, participation is not required prior to engaging in the WashU procurement process.
